i would totally put a v10 in my car. lol. i read that article a while ago and it says that it uses a stand alone fuel management system

 

I wish they had a video I want to know how it sounded

the v10 uses a balance shaft and is not ideal for use as a performance engine. There are also NO intakes that are useful in a performance application and no aftermarket cams that I've ever found. Oh yeah, no good headers and it's going to require a v10ecu and wiring harness. Other than that it's a great idea.

 

Those were both "Boss" Prototypes. Trying to find them on TMS, but their site is all screwy.

 

that 10L stang looks like it's using a set of BOSS 429 heads, probably on a poked and stroked bottom end and they've made it into a fuel injected monster, possibly with nitrous... eeek. Nice. Impractical as hell but neato.

 

Yeah the 10 liter and v10 are like really bad *** unicorns..... They might exist but you can't have one

 

Who would have ever thought it, "A 69 Boss with a V10" rates right there with the 69 Boss 429, God Bless America

I rememeber reading about this in MM&FF also, its pretty cool. 48 valves FTW. I bet that engine is pretty dang heavy though. I like twin intakes, sorta like the FR500's.

 

I'd be all over a V10 Mustang.
