Most will do this by feel. It should be between 13 - 23 ft/lbs.

I do mine 12-14 ft-lbs. However, good luck getting a torque wrench in there. Just use a open ended wrench since they are small enough so that if you put a lot of force into tightening the bolts/nuts down, you won't really over-torque them.
