I 2nd that notion. Thats a great looking wing on those 99-00 cars just needs to be moved back and your good.

no, you can move it back a few inches and the front of the spoiler still covers the old holes. you should plug them up though.

mustangworld.com has the write up. I plan on doing this eventually. I'm too dang lazy.

 

The stock spoiler sits over the existing holes. There is no need to plug, bondo, fill, all of that stuff. It's as easy as taking some measurements/alignment, drilling, and thats it.

Definitely looks awesome. Here's my buddy's car with the spoiler moved back...
