Do these plates require any drilling?

yes, you need to drill a hole for the 4th bolt

Yeah, easy to do. Don't be afraid of them becuase of the drilling.

Just take your time and step drill it.

way. You hook up the other 3 bolts and you can use the plates as drill guides. You'd have to be from Florida to fugg it up.
