I would love to have like $3.26. Just filled up yesterday for a whopping $4.09 a gallon. I spent $52 filling up 12.5 gallons.

The other day I saw a picture online with $1.90ish gas prices and it was a picture saying how expensive gas has gotten, from a few years ago..... it made me depressed and put it all in perspective

Ya you guys in Ca pay more than people in Tx because of the cost of living, your wages are also higher as well. Gas station's have a limit to howmuch higher they can mark there gas up. If they mark it to high they can be fined.

only for egregious examples of gouging... and in california, there's no such thing as gouging. It's limited by the willingness of the customer to go to that station. I've seen 75 cents a gallon differences from one side of the street to the other in SF proper. out here in the valley it's usually 50 cents higher than the national average.
