You already have all of the "bolt on's" so if you're looking for little things here and there, that could be a good option. It is less rotating mass, which would result in little faster acceleration, is it that noticeable, I'm not too sure. Scott

Pointless mod. In fact, since the tubing is larger, it probably requires more torque to rotate it than the heavier stock one.

center of mass is improved, it doesn't help anything that you'll feel or see. I have one but I didn't buy it... FREEBIE. If you get it free or stupid cheap, the sure. Otherwise pick something else and be happier for it.

I heard people say that they got a aluminum driveshaft ONLY because after installing rear gear the stock driveshaft started to vibrate. And after installing the new aluminum driveshaft the vibrations went away.

i have one its larger then stock and hits the mac mufflers, so it just sits in the garage the last year or so. I should probably sell it.

Well I might be the only one but It is one of my favorite mods I have done. It really takes care of the jerkyness in between shifts and I could tell it takes less efort for my car to eccelerate.

I couldn't tell i put it on drive it and under heavy braking it hit my mufflers so i took it back off. Car was easier to move for sure. Any time you drop rotating mass your car will go faster.

Not necessarily and not w/ always the best effects. A lighter driveshaft, but w/ a larger diameter will not be much better than a heavier driveshaft w/ a smaller diameter due to inertia. Also, the heavier mass is better on the street since it makes driving easier since it keeps the engine from stalling (hence why most cars come w/ cast iron flywheels).

I didn't feel any difference(performance-wise). Just a nice looking replacement for my old, rusty one.
