Default Dual exhaust on 2007 4.0L V6

I have a 2007 4.0L V6 and want to convert it to dual exhaust. What I'm looking for is a kit that will sound as close as possible to a V8, but am concerned with two things: Losing too much back-pressure, sounding like a ricer.

What's going to be the best cat-back system for me?

Go with a more well made company. I don't know a lot about Pypes other than people that have them regret it because they were cheap and sound like cra* (based on what I've heard). Go to youtube and search for 05+ V6 Mustang Exhaust. Stick to brands like: Borla, Mac, Bassani, Magnaflow and such

Pypes sounds horrid on the 94-04 3.8L v6 mustang.

The 4.0L is an entirely different story.

Ford Racing has a setup specifically designed for the S197 v6. It comes with an X pipe, midpipes, stainless steel exhaust tips and GT mufflers. It was a little more expensive than Pypes but I don't think it sounds as "ricey". Attached are some pics after install. And here is a link to the setup on the Ford Racing site:

Looks like they went up in price some. I seem to recall paying about $500 for mine back in Nov.
