2007 v6 exhaust hanger

2007 v6 exhaust hanger
I was looking to buy an axle back exhaust for my 07 mustang on am and it said that sometime thru the year they switched the hangers and you have to buy a 50 dollar hanger kit as well. does anyone know how to tell if you need that or not?
