Default 4.6 build plan

Ok so i have been doing alot of research with the kennebell. Here is what i plan on buying.

New aluminum or stock iron block(romeo)
VT Stage 3 ported heads (with Manley spring upgrade)
VT Stage 3 supercharger cams
Fully forged internals (rotating assembly from VT)
bore +30
Built auto tranny(already have the 3800 stall converter)
2.6 big bore kennebell (COMPLETE setup for 600+HP)

BUT, where do you guys suggest getting rear end parts from? Would 31 spline be good enough, or should i just go for 33? What brand? I will be downgrading to 3.55 also. After everything is pieced together and tuned i will also be adding a 100 shot. After talking with VT and kennebell reps i will be around 750hp(at 15+ psi).

Sounds like you got it all set up and going in the right direction. Only thing i'd suggest since you'll be boosting and putting nitrous through that block, go 20 over instead of 30, and just be sure to use all ARP hardware when having the motor built. As for rear end parts, Moser 31 splines should be good with an accompanying spool and/or differential.

what are 31 splines good up to?(hp tq) So if i decide to NOT add the NOS then i should go 30 over? Flyinfox, did you bore your block? I have 4.10 right now, but thinking about going to 3.73 or 355 so i wont spin too much on the low end.

someone else is doing the same build as me. if you build the rear and you wnat it to handle the shock of some mad power than 33 splines. i dont think a spool will be too safe to use a DD on the street but if its gonna be a weekend cruiser/weekend racer than spool it.

my build is gonna be a M.P.H. set up. they just built up a 2 valve with stage 3 heads, M.P.H. exclusive cams, KB 2.6, custom return fuel system. the heads and cams are flowing to good for the blower to pump air into. the guy is going to be getttin a 2.8 liter KB and it should make 600+ on pump gas easily.

since i cant get my peice to georgia i have to get 2.5 heads (i dont know if im going stroker or not) that and i will be using return style fuel system. i need to find a 99 timing cover so i can run more boost.

dude if you build this thing its gonna be a beast. 500-600 hp on pump gas is just insane.
