having my tail light and head light tint, is it legal in cali?

ok so im thingking about buying a tail and head light tint kit for my 2002 mustang is this legal in california? cuz i dont wanna buy it unless it's legal.

it not legal anywhere but thats doesnlt matter it looks sick and the fine if u do get caught if like 50$ so just do it

oh man so it's illegal, i dont wanna risk it cuz my windows r all 5% tint already that's illegal enough on top of that, i have an 7in tft dash T.V and that's also illegal.

no the tv is only not legal if your playing a movie while driving it ok to have.

Its not totally illegal, not sure about each state but for the most part a certain amount of light has to reflect from the taillights to be legal.
