Tail light tint question?

Are these:

Also do you think my car would look better with the black out, or the 50% tints.

I kinda did'nt want to pay $65 for tint to go on my taillights.

Yeah, I just think because i got black rims, i'm guna change out my Chrome inserts and Carbon Fiber Tail lights put back the stock tailights and get them tinted, but i want them to be DARK and LEGAL! lol

BY the way i like the rear bumper insert between the exhaust, is taht painted or a decal?

i think thats a piece of vinyl decal that he cut out by him self

the blackouts will be fine at ngiht mine were bright and never had a problem the 7 monthes i had the car
