Exclamation What is the best way to remove the emblems on the trunk lid?

I just got my 4.6 High Performance emblem for the trunk lid and I was going to replace either the GT or Ford oval with it. What is the best way of removing the emblem without hurting my paint. And what is the best thing to remove the adhesive residue??
Thanks Guys!!

Whenever I have taken my emblems off I used a hair dryer and fishing line. Tooth floss can work too. Heat the emblem up so the adhesive warms and work the fishing line in behind it. I've used rubbing alcohol to clean the adhesive off. I've heard goo gone works well.

So the adhesive remover won't dull out the paint? Well I never even thought about the fishing line or floss. NOW...which emblem should I replace??

Of course I am replacing one of the emblems in the back but I don't know which one of those. I want to represent Ford but thats the ONLY blue thing on my car so its kinda out of place.
