that "cackle" is what I mean by raspy I guess... just doesnt sound good to me...never has. Its like putting a fart cannon on a V8, never understood why people do that.

If you like it though... its your car...make it how you want it.

 

Yeah, not a big fan of the crackle either. I'm some cars it ok - I guess but I prefer the deep tone and mellow sound. Although, the Borla Stingers can get a bit of crackle up top or when revved hard. But under normal driving situtions they don't sound too bad.

 

Eh, these are pretty mellow under normal driving. Its really just when you get down on it hard that they are raspy. I dunno, like i said, i was just bored with my Flowmasters. Wanted something different. I still got the Super 44's so when i get tired of these i can just switch em back.

 

That sounds ******* mean. I would love to go to this setup on the Mach 1, sounds a **** load better than the Flowmasters I have. Once again, I love your car. Forget what anyone else says about beating on your car, keep driving the **** out of it! But of course take care of it at the same time.

 

Thanks Matt. Yeah i had Flows n yeah yeah they sounded good. But i wanted something different n louder. I really couldn't be happier. I love the way the violators sound. 4.10's are here but imma hold off on puttin em in. I'm gonna buy nitrous n get it installed first. Then when i install the gears imma have it dyno tuned again.
