Track times still suck (video)

Track times still suck (video)
I went to the track a few months ago and, in the July North Carolina Humidity, bested only a 14.3 @ 99. Since then I've had it dynoed at 264 and 302tq and after that added an Accufab 75mm TB and Plenum. I went to a different track the other weekend in alot better weather but now I'm Texas. The track was litterally bucketed down with water and is so narrow you can't drive around it. I bested only a 14.4. Both Runs have 60ft in the 2.2-2.3 range. Obviously there is a huge drivers error factor, but what suspension set-up will give me the best Daily driven results.
I was thinking...
Eibach Drag launch springs
some kind of adj shock and strut package (suggestions)
Upper and Lower Control Arms (I like the UPR and Mac-anyone running these?)
Also, anyone got some tips for me as far as Launch RPMs, tire pressure. etc
I usually launch around 2K and keep my street tires no lower than 22psi.
ANy help would be great, by looking at some of these other cars, I should be in the 13s easy now with my stock rear and definately after my 4.10s
here's the video link, http://media.putfile.com/144-disaster my buddy filming couldn't see the end of the track so he decided to film the tree which should light up the side that wins, however it's too shaky to tell. The integra ran a 16.58 and sounded like crap the whole way down.

Possibly related Problem
Today my clutch decided to go south. Well, let me be honest and say the clutch pedal and clutch action is gone to hell. I've been reading about problems with the plastic quadrant goin bad because it's junk. Hopefully that's all it is, is a bent quad. While it's in gear, I don't have any slipping sensation so I think the disc is fine. Anyone here have or had a quad problem, if so, can you describe the syptoms. Maybe some engagement issues and unnessary time spent shifting has aided in my slow times. Tranny sounds noise and scratchy as it has been. I've heard this is just the way of the beast for anyone with a 3650. Thanks again for all the help and tips, no track this weekend until the new problem is fixed.

Get you some MT ET Streets and that should do the trick to knock you down a few tenths. When you are running them make sure that you warm them up good though, also it might take a couple of passes to find just the right tire pressure

My advise is to get some meat on the back of that car. But just remember, our rear ends dont hold up very well under those conditions, you may want to get some axes and gears along the way also. Ive seen tons of MACHs and GT's snap rear ends just by adding someting sticky on the back.
I run cheap Sumitomo 315's in the back with about 20lb at the track. only mods I have are OR X-pipe, flowmasters, BBK CAI. I went from 9.5's to 9.2's in the 1/8 just from the x-pipe alone. 60' times are 1.9 and 2.0 consistantly.
My launch RPM has been about 2.5k but was bogging at launch a lil, may need to bump it to 3k or so myself.
