Default First time runnin the 1/4

Went to Gateway tonight with a few car club members and had a blast. I was happy with my times other than reaction times. Was a slow night at the track and made 6 passes within a hour. Best run came with the sun still up and a bit humid. I would scan my slip but dont have a scanner. Best time was run with just a hint of wheelspin.

RT .673 (best of night was .433) hittin it just a little late
60' 2.199

2001 GT auto. Borla Cat-back, tune, air silencer removed with stock paper air filter, stock goodyear gatorbacks, stock gears

You are sleeping at the tree! When the 2nd yellow light comes on, give er the beans! Other than that, those are some respectable times.

What color is your car? I was at Gateway Tuesday night and made 15 passes. Track was hooking pretty well due to a low rice turnout.

Yeah I was shocked to see no more rice than I did. I agree on the track. I spun very little except for one run. The car is Silver. What time did you get there? Cant say I remember seeing your ride there. A few of the newer stangs that I saw run, it was tire spin a plunty.

How hot was it out? Damn I cant even do that well....that reaction needs to drop especially on a auto. Not much to think about.

It was between 6 and 7 when I made the first four runs. Mid 80s Im guessing, with moderate humidity. Considering its the first time Ive run at a track, I didn't expect to cut a .001 light. Nor am I really worried about it.
