For anyone close to central Pa. CJ's pony parts is renting out Beaver Springs on May 9th. I believe they have the strip from 4 to 8pm. They usually get a good group of mustangs showing up. I am hoping to break into 13's with my V6. I will take some pivcs and videos.

Hey man, I live about 40 min. away from CJ's either way where is Beaver Springs never heard of this. The only tracks I know of are South Mountain and Cecil County. Do you meet at CJ's. And is this a 1/4 mile or 1/8th. Thanks

 

Beaver Springs is about an hour north of Harrisburg. It is pretty close to Selinsgrove. You can use http://www.beaversprings.com/. They got directions.

First run was the best run for me.
60' - 2.00
1/8 - 9.02
1/4 - 14.08

For the 9 runs I had four 60' times of 2.0 and one with a 1.94, which is my new best. I posted two video's on my flickr account. http://www.flickr.com/photos/26881704@N03/

Not sure if you can tell from the video's but we were racing into atleast a 20 mph head wind.

 

What do you need if you run 13.99 and lower. I think there website said you need a driveshaft loop and helmet??

I know a helmet really is all you need for 13.99 and lower. I have not heard of anyone getting kicked out for not having a driveshaft loop. They dont look that hard at your car.
