Looks like i may be going to the track here soon. I was just curious to see how i would stack up against a 2005 v6 mustang with true dual flowmasters 40's and Im pretty sure its a standard.

Now for my car all I have is true dual spintechs and a Drop in air filter. and unfortunately mines an auto.

I know the 2005+ have more horse power than the new edges v6s but they are also bigger and Im assuming heavier.

So should it be a close race or do i even stand a chance?

 

who cares??? the first time at the track you are gonna suck no matter what... just launch at the last yellow and hopes the person next to you miss shifts!! have fun, and then on the drive home find ways to become faster!!

 

well yeah i figured that, this guy hasnt been to the track either. regardless is shall be fun. I cant wait.

 

He should beat you, but you never know as some people can't drive stick to save their life.
