I hope we finish installing by tomorrow the new Whipple supercharger and making the reprograming in my 2006 GT convert. I want to take it to the track on Sunday, any tips as to how this baby will handle with 285 street tires. My worry is the stock clutch and presure plate. I am planing to order something more hefty but I do not have the time, racing is tomorrow and not next month.

 

You will spin the tires way before you slip that clutch on street tires. It will be hard to get it to hook up on street tires in 1-2 with boost.
