How much lighter is the Aluminum drivshaft you guys sell than stock?

mine is 11 pounds lighter than stock.

I know a guy with a 1 off...ok 3 off driveshaft for the 05 stangs, thats 18 lbs lighter!

spike , did you buy it here?

if so, sweet!!! I think ill be pruchasing that soon

no i got mine localy from a freind who went froma tko 500 to a auto in his built 02. I havent raced with yet but i am sure it will help. it makes the car alot smoother above 70mph also.

I noticed MT doesnt sell an aluminum driveshaft for the 99-04 auto anyone know of a place that does?? Thanks in advance

From what I understand, you just have to use your yoke on the driveshaft. I assume a tranny shop can swap em for you.
