Default Deep DIsh Bullits

I have a 2005 GT, which I just installed a set of SLP LOUDMOUTH axle back pipes on. Now it sounds like a Mustang. I am looking to put a cold air kit on (advice would be apprieated) and I'm not sure which programmer to use (SCT / Predator) and the way I found this site was I was looking for a set of rims. I like the new Bullit deep dish rims I have seen on this site, but I'm trying to decide between them or a set of Boyd Coddington Smoothie 2 rims. I would like to know if and how the deep dish bullit rims would fit on my 05 (clearance) even when I lower it about 1 inch with a spring kit.
As you can tell I'm itching to do mods but I am short on info.
Thanks in advance for any and all help

The Bullit DD will fit with no problem even lowered.

And the Smoothie II's are rediculously expensive, and he basically just stole the bullit design and put his name on it. Thats pretty cheap (not literally). Mustang Tunning has rims specially for the 05', and vice versa i know some guyz from the mustang club here in Tallahassee have taken the stock 05 wheels and put them on their rides.

The price of the Boyd rims are what made me look for something else. When I ordered the car I wanted 17 bullits on it but the sales man couldn't find the code to order them so I got the 17 grey. Not bad but its still not chrome.

I just put a set of DD Bullitts on my car last night. Trust me there is still plenty of space to lower it.

WHAT SIZE RIM AND TIRE DID YOU USE. i'M NOT SURE WHAT SIZE TO GO WITH AND MAINTAIN CORRECT SPEEDO READINGS. I'M THINKING 18 X 9 WOULD BE A GOOD SIZE. I THINK THEY COME WITH17 X 9. THX

Will my stock 17" tires properly fit the10.5"x17" deep dish bullits on my 2005 GT?

With the DD's, you will want 315/35/17's. They look the best. If you want a nice tire for a good price, I would suggest calling Tire Rack and ording the Sumitomos. The 315's are about $110 each. I have them.

If you plan on doing a lot of racing, Nitto makes a pretty good drag radial in that size. Also Kuhmo has a great tire called the MX which is as good as about anything ont he road. That tire is about $160. Don't confuse the MX with other Kuhmo tires.

There are tire size calculators that you can find on line that will tell you this. Or, call Tire Rack. They can help. If the speedo is off it can be calibrated with a programmer.
