Unhappy Unfair

You offered me a free calendar, allowed me to fill out an order form, and told me I'd be recieving it. Than the next day, you told me my order is canceled because too many calenders have been ordered.

If that is the case, you should have more printed, and honor your commitments.
That is no way to build good business relationships.

Does it matter what their first post is about? Just because someone isn't active on the forums doesn't mean they're not a long-time customer with AM.

Is it your normal practice to call strangers ugly names? If it is, you risk serious danger by doing that to the wrong person someday. But I'm sure you would only do that in the safety of an anonymous forum. Which is why I refuse to use forums in general.

As for the matter at hand, I did not recieve the calendar offer here on the forums. I recieved it while speaking on the phone with a customer service representive. Do the facts matter to any of you?

I came to this forum only after my calls to American Muscle were ignored. (The same customer service represenitive is dodging my calls). I am not at all upset about not getting a caledar. My issue is recieving shoody treatment by a company I regarly do business with.

Not in my garage, but my step mom just sold her Suburban and got an ugly *** HHR. She's stuck on chevy for some unknown reason, I don't think she even knows lol.

You refuse to use forums because people might call you names? If you are that sensitive, I bet Kleenex makes a lot of money off of you.

As for the matter at hand, I did not recieve the calendar offer here on the forums. I recieved it while speaking on the phone with a customer service representive. Do the facts matter to any of you?
How can those facts matter if you failed to mention them before? Maybe that representative offered you the calendar without the knowledge that they may have been under-supplied. I don't know if you realize this or not, but sometimes companies underestimate the amount of product that they might need to distribute. Sometimes they overestimate. That is called supply and demand. Sometimes supply is greater than demand. Sometimes, demand is greater than supply. These things happen commonly in life and should be completely understandable to any logical minded person who has even an iota of an idea of how economics work.

I came to this forum only after my calls to American Muscle were ignored. (The same customer service represenitive is dodging my calls). I am not at all upset about not getting a caledar. My issue is recieving shoody treatment by a company I regarly do business with.
If you say the 'same customer service representative' is dodging your calls', why not ask to speak to another person? I am quite sure that they have more than one person that does customer service. You are saying that you are 'receiving shoddy treatment by a company you regularly do business with', in regards to a calendar that is being offered for free that a large quantity of people have ordered, thereby limiting their supply. Do you realize that American Muscle is being very gratious in even offering these calendars for no price at all? Think of the money it costs to make those things, and they don't want one red cent in return for it! A lot of companies don't do things like that, and here you are crying about it. Also, if you regularly do business with them, their CS must not be all that bad. If you're going to let a free calendar ruin how you feel, more power to you.

When you go to a store and they are out of something that you want, like a grocery store or clothing store, do you complain about that too? I bet you're the guy in the restaurant that complains when a waitress doesn't answer his every beckon and call and when she doesn't top your drink off when it is 3/4 of the way full, runs her legs off for stupid things, and only leaves her a $0.36 tip on a meal that was worth $15.00 because she wasn't 'quick enough'.

Get real man. Try to call AM again, speak to another representative, and take it from there. Stop crying about it.

1.) Anything Free is While Supplies Last No Matter Where You Go.

2.) Don't be so quick to judge. We had plenty of calendars printed, but someone "did the world a favor" and posted up the newsletter coupon on a deal/coupon website...which it then spread like wildfire to every deal website on the web. 4000+ calendars gone in a blink of an eye with the majority probably going to people that don't even own or care about Mustangs, they just wanted it because it was free.

I was able to get a few more cases in, but they are only free for forum members. So if you are a forum member and want a calendar you can still get one through me. Only the PM'd code from me will work. The newsletter coupon is disabled.
