Default someone needs to go back to packaging school! and what the...

ok so i got my gears last friday(4.10's for 7.5 rear end) and when the package arrived it looks like it was beat to hell and back. the ring and pinion was just thrown in the box and they were prolly tossing and clanking the whole ride here. the box was taped together like a motherf*cker.

besides that i have a question

my mechanic wanted to know if you guys send crush sleeves with the gears or does it need shims. or wtf?

yeah that sounds unusual maybe the UPS guy was taking a look at what you got haha. If you see any damage give them a call and get them exchanged

Sounds like UPS had a field day with that...all of our products are brand new, so they would be in a sealed factory box inside the shipping container box, not clanking around like you received them.

Did you call us to report the shipping damage? If not, inspect the gears carefully and call us ASAP to report any damage. And don't throw away damaged the packaging. If the product is damaged, we can have a new set sent out to you while we put the UPS claim through.

Strange. You must have the wrong number then. It should go right to our main menu, and then unless we are exceptionally busy, our hold queue is usually less then a minute or two.

1-877-841-1275 (9AM - 9PM EST M-F, 10AM - 4PM EST Sat)

Yeah I had a similar prob when I ordered my wheels and tires. I helped the guy pull em out of the truck and the boxes were in very bad shape. 2 of em were half open and looked like it had been crushed and the other 2 were still in tack but still looked like they had been crushed too. I inspected everything and all was ok though

Yup, always inspect the parts if the cartons look like they have shipping damage. Just make sure to save all the packing materials and the original box and give us a call to start the claim. We cross-ship most items while we are waiting for the UPS claim to go through so you don't have to wait to get the replacement!
