Default MT xpipe

I have only had my catted x pipe since January, and the passenger side cat is going bad already. I can hear it rattling around when I drive, and when I got home I kicked the pipe and heard what sounded like little metal ***** bouncing around the pipe. Is this an issue I take up with MT b/c I bought it here, or do I have to deal with Pypes?

Q: Are Pypes systems and components covered by a warranty?
A: All Pypes Brand pipes and mufflers have a lifetime warranty*. All non-Pypes mufflers are covered by their manufacturer?s warranties.

* Lifetime warranty is for as long as you own your vehicle (applies to pre-1981 vehicles). Post 1981 Vehicles have a 5 year warranty on Pipes

I would take it up with Pypes.
