Black bullitt stains

Default Black bullitt stains
HAs anyone else here had a problem with their black wheels getting like permanent stains on them? seems like the stained areas are just matte black, cleaning doesn't help and the surface on them feels rough.

No I have not had that problem.Sound's like the clearcoat is comming off in some areas.
