Hi, been reading these forums off and on for a while now, and I've been a mustangtuning.com customer for a bit over a year. The site has never failed to impress me, I believe I bought my rear gears, cobra letters, and most recently a Mac off road H pipoe and MIL eliminators there (possibly a bit more, can't remember). The thing that has impressed me the most about the company is how they handle any errors they make. I've made a couple orders in teh past, nothing too big, and I always recieved everything in an EXTREMELY timely fashion. Every order I've made has been perfectly accurate until the last one. I ordered up the H-pipe and MIL eliminators on Tuesday morning, the order went though, was shipped, and delivered to my door step by the next day. ( and that was with the free ground shipping) I was very excited to see my order so soon, but only fouind the H-pipe in teh box, there were no MIL eliminators, so I called up teh company. I told them what i was missing and within a minute of starting the converstation with the employee, I was told I would have the MIL eliminators in my hand the next day. No hassles, no nonsense, just great service. THis impressed the hell out of me. So when i cehcked my email this morning and saw my tracking number on my package, and saw it was already out in a truck for delivery to my home, I had to sign up to the forum just to express how gratful I am there are still some companies out there that really care if there customers are happy. Thank you to all the folks there. Now all I need to do is get out of work now to get home and install those pipes.

ps sorry for the long boring post, it is nice to rant about something positive for a change.

I have been one of the longest running customers of this site....heck, I remember when the site first opened. I think there were 5 items - LOL

We have come a long way and I am glad that you have had a good experience.

 

Im workin on it...i've had a lot of stuff on my plate to take care of, customer rides got pushed back a bit. I have yours and rebelyell to put up tuesday/wednesday.
