I have a 90 5sp gt w/about 135k total miles.. rebuilt stroked moter 50k ago. 2 months ago we had ignition trouble. Replaced coil, wires, and dist.. Car ran good for about 2 weeks then started acting up again.. The car will run for about 15 min. then die.. wont start just try.. If I let the car cool down (4 hours) it would start back up.. run 15 mins and die.. Any suggestions? Trying to find a place to check the comp.. It has a a9l

Check for a blocked fuel tank vent,or a bad pick-up coil in the distributor.

 

chopper, now i dont have fire from the coil to dist. We put all new fuel system in last oct.

have you checked the ingition module if you live near an Auto Zone they can check the computer for free
