conversion?

Default conversion?

does anyone know about converting a 5.0 1993 mustang to carburation from fuel injection? thanks in advance for any info.

a friend of mine did that if i remeber right it was pretty easy just yank all the wireing and slap in a intake carb and the corect distributer and its all good, the only prob i could see is that i belive in 93 they switched to the AODE so it might not like that but if you have a stick yer good to go

yeah, thats what im doin with this 94 motor i bought, intake and carb and distributor...should be the same firing order for all the 5.0s except like the H.Os

why go away from f.i.? just curious. i believe the aode came out in 94.

dont like fuel injection, plus, too much computer crap. be better with a carb

you need an inline fuel pump and a sump in your tank if i'm not mistaken..
along with a Dizzy
Intake
Carb
MSD box
and there might be more.. i was thinking bout doing the same.. however with living in an emissions friendly state now i'll be looking to go mass air.. so if you do..do it.. let me know i could use some stuff of your FI set up...
