Default Hey guys tell me what you think of this idea

Hey guys, I have this cool idea for my 5.0. So I thaught I would ask you all what you think. As you can see my car is midnight black with porscha silver stripes. I thaught what would be cool is to get the pony emblem with the red white and blue stripes in the back and paint the two outside stripes black and paint the middle one silver to match my car.

red white and blue does not go well with black and silver IMO.

I read through it a couple times and I'm still not totally sure what you mean. Are you saying to get a tri bar pony emblem and paint the red, white, and blue strips black and silver?

Hey, yea that what I was thinking about doing. The emblems arent that epensive so I thaught I could get one and try it and see what it looks like, I mean I think it would be coole with the two outside stripes black and the middle one silver

Yeah go for it. Where would you put them, just on your fenders or what?

Heres a pic of them all painted black to give you an idea of how it can look.

Man Thank You so much, I've been wondering what it would look like and if it were even woth trying. I think that looks pretty cool. Do u think so? I mean would you do it? If i do it i was thinking about doing it to the 25 yers badge on the dashboards but then again thats like a special thing to the mustang so I dont know if I want to mess with it. but I was thinking about putting it on that or the fenders or in the interior somewhere, not sure yet just thauhgt it would be a cool idea and wanted to do something with it.

Hey man, it's going pretty good just working on homework and planning for college and all that stuff. Yea I thaught about the idea awhile ago back and just yesterday I remembered it cause I'm getting ready to put her up for the winter and I'll be driving my f-150. So I figure I got some time now to work on her and add some stuff before spring rolls around again. Thanks for the comment about it man. Yea thats a pretty good distance where about you live man cause Im going to be moving to Savannah Georgia for art college in August.

Its worth a shot. But picturing it with the center stripe silver just seems like it would look weird, idk why honestly. Maybe if you did the outside ones silver and the center one black it'd would look better with the center darker rather than lighter? Just mess around with them. Try out your idea first, if it looks good leave it, if not just repaint it.

Hey man are you seriouse. That awesome. Im wanting to get a BFA degree from SCAD which you probably know of that school beens your into art. Im wanting to become a comic book artist. It's been my dream since I was a kid. Anyways yea if when I go to Georgia I'm gonna put my car in the garage an keep it with my dad. So I'm going to be buying me a new mustang. I was thinking about an 04 cobra or a new 2010 or a Ford Lightning with the kenne belle package.

Hey thanks again man. Thats what I plan to do. I thauhgt about the silver on the outside and black in the middle aswell. and if not the all black doesnt look too bad, but like you said I'll just mess around with it. Once I get it done I'll take some pics and post em so you can see and tell me what you think

I think it would look good. I just pulled it into paint.net and changed the colors. Great idea!

Hey, ha yea I put it into paint like just before I got that from you and did the same thing. It does look good, I used the lighter shade of silver though. They both look good either way. Thanks a lot man.
