Looking for some input on future plans for my 95 GT 5-gear. Currently the car is bone stock except for flowmaster catback.

I have recently acquired a GT 40/Explorer intake and 65 mm throttle body. I am intending on mating that up to a set of thumper ported e7's with larger valves and a Ford E303 cam. Most likely will drop the rest of exhaust and run a set of shorties through an X pipe and mate it up to the rest of the exhaust. Also.....3.55 or 3.73 gears set (still undecided!)

I keep hearing about some idle issues with the E303 cam...yet I"ve been told it is one of the best street cams.

Does this sound like a good, driveable setup or am I asking for trouble. This car is a daily driver and I'd hate to have the car run like crap after all of this investment. I don't plan on changing the injectors or MAF. If there are idle issues, what was the cure?

Any help is greatly appreciated...
