I Have A 82 Mustang Gt T-top Car That Needs A Right Rear Quarter Panel And Wheel House~body Man Tells Me That Later Models Will Not Fit But Does Notknow Why~there Are Plenty Of 88-93 Available In Area But No 82's I Know The Body Line Is The Same 79-93 In The Quarter Panel Area Rust Repair Panels Are Available But Damge Is More Than Rust Panel Covers I Was T-boned By A 2003 Full Size Chevy 4 Dr.can Anyone Tell Me What I Can Use Or How Do I Modify(if Necesary) Later Model Quarter Panels~~~~`help

 

welcome to my world i have an 82 also and finding stock parts is kinda hard but if you look hard enough you will find what you need

 

its alot of work to make body panels fit cars that they aren't meant to fit...

theres alot of welding, metal shaping, cutting, bending, etc etc etc...

so start looking... check out junkyards and ebay...

if all you need is body stuff then find an old mustang for a few hundred bucks
