2.3L AOD to 5.0L 5speed swap
what are all the parts i will need to do a 2.3L AOD to 5.0L Manual swap, the motor and tranny are coming togather
please dont tell me sell it and buy a 5.0L, thisis a project car, that i got for free that im building up

this is much easier on the older mustangs!

driveshaft
Rear
brakes
beef up suspension a bit
motor mounts
ya really dont need much and it shouldnt cost you much either... good luck bud and have fun

your gonna need the ecu and engine wiring harness from a 5.0 with an auto. or a manual 5.0 and get a full manual valve body for your 5.0 I dont know what your end goal for all of this so there is alot of ways to do it.
