My buddy put in a Ford racing B303 cam in his '95 5.0. That was a week ago, not the car is surging.....revs up dies down, then it will cut off what exacly could his problem be? .....in need of a good tune?

 

What size rocker arms? Did he set the TPS to the correct voltage? My '90 did a similar surge issue with the B303.. I solved it by cleaning out the IAC and drilling a small 1/16th to 1/8th hole in the throttle body blade. I did it between the center line of the blade and the bottom of the blade (lower half). I started with a small 1/32 hole and drilled larger until it idled smooth. It's scary but it worked for me.
