sweet Mike...looks like FUN!! What tires did you use? What car won your class and what time did it run?

I used the Nitto 555 Extremes that are on there everyday. Car that won my class was one of those AWD Turbo'd Vdub. I think it was an R32. He had a low 52 sec run. I finished 5th overall in my class out of 7. The other cars were much better preparred than I was. I was told that a set of race tires would knock 2 seconds off my lap times. Either way, I don't think I will run my car again in a solo event. Too much HP, too heavy and I don't like beating on my car that much. The new Mustang I bought should work just fine for it though. :shifty:

well you did a hell of a job!! Cannot wait to see what that "new" mustang will do . I would love to run my cobra one time and see what it can do and how much asphalt it will plow. Did you run 2nd gear or is that first?

2nd gear the ENTIRE course. Start to finish.

cool vid mike, looked like fun

I was gonna do a SOLO event here...but there are very strict rules about the loudness of your car...and at the time i had SLP LM1 w/ an o/r x...so there's no way I coulda entered
