What gaskets did you use Mike? I've always had good luck with the bassani header gaskets, never had a problem one with them leaking....

This was a tough call, but they didn't come with any gaskets (used) and I searched EVERY site (yes, even the forbidden one, lol) and decided to reuse the stock Ford gaskets. I almost replaced them with new Ford's but they were almost $100 for the set.....NO THANK YOU. Unless they leak then I will be doing this to myself:

Oh yeah, in case anyone was interested, I was NOT speed shifting. I was lifting off the throttle on every shift.
I am just that fast with the footwork.
Thanks for the reply. It's too late now anyway. Cars up on stands (four) brakes and frontend is already apart. I've done this a hundred times before, so it went fast. I will tackle the K-member Tue, being that it's mothers day, I have a busy day of MOM STUFF to do. I didn't order a new K-member, just going to put the factory back in. I'll be sc in the next few weeks, however, it's a roots so I don't think I'll have any issues.

bassani's are $42 shipped to the door from Holcomb motorsports and you can buy new graphite rings and just replace them instead of buyin the whole gasket again, it's like rebuilding your header gaskets and the rings are $20 from bassani

Thanks Adam, I will keep that in mind, however, I hope I never have to do that.

Thank you sir, I have one neighbor, but I don't do that too often. I like living out in the sticks.
