transmission tune-up

Basic deal is filter and fluid swap. While you are at it I would highly suggest getting an aftermarket tranny cooler added on it. You can get them for as low as 60bucks shipped. And the J-mod would be worth while since you will already have the pan off.

You can't do it to your tranny in your car. This is for the Pre 05 cars.
This however is the newer updated version of the J-mod for all of you with the 4R70W tranny.

1. Which is the best tranny fluid for auto and how many i need?
2. Where can I buy a tranny cooler at online or at AutoZone?
3. Which tranny kit or it does not matter?

You do not buy the J-mod you have to do the mod yourself. As for fluid you can spend the money on the exspensive stuff if you want, but really you should be swapping tranny fluid every 25 to 30k miles so its not worth it for the super expensive stuff.
Summit racing sells a nice B&M tranny cooler kit which has everything you need found here.

If you read threw it and do some searching ,as this has been covered by many other places too, you will see its not very hard to do at all. You drill some holes and what not its pretty simple really. I will see if I can find another good link as well.
