I say go for it. put the 40th badges on ur car. so what if ur car isnt an 04, its merely identical to an 04. And with the other millions of mustangs on the road, i dont think anyone is gonna know the difference. (like it really matters)

exactly.
I'm still going to say its an 01, I'm no lier,No body out here cares what year your car is when the basic model of that years car has been the same for 4 years. I just love the way the emblem looks the best emblem I have ever ever seen for a mustang. I mean the chrome circle with the black inside and chrome pony. I mean if I could find it wit out the 40th anivercity words and it looked just as good I would get that instead, but I can't so I'm getting this one.

I love this site but man I knew these dudes in here would give me heat for something as simple as a pony emblem. No one cares what year car it was on shiiiit.

All I asked was how to remove the old

you get responses like that because of how you act. Your always making racial remarks, asking for opinions and then bitch about what people say, and you make 3+ ***damn threads about the same damn question. I've helped you with springs and the wheels and your never great full about anyone helping you. The second the same person criticizes you then you start throwing out white boy BS. Someone in one of the 5 threads said fishing line, that will work fine. I would be a little hesitant to use a screwdriver but as long as you protect the paint and are careful that should work as well. You should have waited until the 2009 comes out you might like the 45th ann badge better

But I wanted an emblem that was black and chrome that matched the rims a lil, wit the pony on it. Not some lil dumb *** numbers. Thanks for the help wit that one sean but I'm good.

stop bitching about bs and get a life.

ok well, Almost every guy on this forum has respect for everybody else and their ideas. There are limits. We work on our cars because it is a hobby as I am sure it is for you. I added a Mach 1 chin spoiler and I own a 2001 V6 no big deal. I have a hood scoop on my V6 but no GT badges. I understand that you like the badges but they aren't right for your car!! If you like the color and the pony, go to Autobadges.com and have them make you an emblem with exactly what you want!! Regardless of what the badge says, I don't think it will physically fit your car. The 40th anniversary badge was designed for a 40th Anniversary car and that set of cars only. If you want something to match the chrome wheels go for something bigger other than a 2" fender emblem.

P.S. We WILL stop talking to you if you ever make a rascist comment again...not cool.

"I will put whatever I won't on my car" thats not laziness...that actually takes more thought to type that just "want" and I see that you have typed "thouse" for the word "those" about 50 times...I doubt its laziness there either.

ppl might not be so quick to bash you it you paid a millisecond of attention to your typing/grammar. but yeah, its a pet peeve of mine, and I know you dont give a ****, so woopeee...I just wasted my time typing this to you.

May I recommend getting Fire Fox. It has spell check built into it. It would do you wonders for you. Maybe I could actually understand what your typing for once. It took me at least 10 minutes to figure out what you were trying to say in the above post.

I'm not trying to dis you, but do yah feel me yo?

is that all I do?? not at all...nice try buddy.

if you talk how you type like you say...I bet you have to repeat yourself a lot...in fact....its no wonder why your threads...and the 2 or three copies of each thread you make go on for so long...it takes that long for ppl to get what you are saying.

Its just annoying to try and decipher what you type...I bet ppl want to answer your many questions...but dont cause they cant really understand what you have typed.

WOW....

Ok, sorry,. but i completly have to side with GottiDC on this one.

I mean seriously, people on here with Roush/Saleen/Cobra bumpers/skirts/spoilers/hoods on thier cars with mach 1 specific appearance items want to talk **** because he wants to put an 04 v6 emblem on his 01 v6? are you guys ******* kidding me?

Seriously folks get a grip.

How many people bashing him have a Mach 1 chinspoiler and Grill delete on thier GT's and 6bangers?

You mean to tell me that is better putting body moldings from a SPECIAL MODEL mustang on your NON MACH 1 is better than him putting on the standard V6 Badging in 2004?

Unbelieveable.

And Gotti, for the record Bullet Rims cam standard on a lot of mustangs not just the Bullets, mine came with bullets from the factory. Not black ones, but it did have bullets stock.

And save that "Rich white kid" **** for the BMW M5 forumboards, in case you diddnt notice we all drive Fords, not exactly known for high end luxury. I for one am 31 year old veteran and have worked damn hard for everything i have ever got and never had anything handed to me. We have people of all ages and income levels, but "Rich White Kids" is falls pretty short of the mark when it comes to accuracy

That aside, i think those emblems will look just fine.

Gotti, get a few feet of fishing twine and use it like a saw to cut through the doublesided tape holding on the emblem.

as for the mention that it might not physically fit on anon 2004 model because of the possibility that the hole configuration is different, well ****, just snap off whichever peg doesent fit with a set of pliars.

crisis over.

Thank God some one with a brain, thank you thank you thank you

but yes i don't get why there getting so mad over just a emblem, I mean damn i cant like it because its a black and silver pony. Man i love the damn emblem it look so good. Thats why I want it for my car. But yet these people here want to drill me for nothing. Its just an emblem people get over it.

And oh ps, i will watch the spelling from now on since people here seem to act like they cant understand what im typing, yet they reply to all my threads
