Default Borla or flow

ok early this year i asked if i should get rid of my stock y pipe, and go to a h pipe and add a flowmaster to the other flow master i already have. but now im having second thoughts. I was thinking to just get the Borla system instead or maybe mangaflow. the flowmaster i loud but i heard a clip of the borla system heard here http://www.mustangexhaust.com/forums...atid=59&page=1
and it sounds way better than a flowmaster on the v6

What do you guys think?

I'd go with a full borla system... that or bassani

In my opinion Bassani and Borla sound better.

I really wish I had the time/ energy to go out and get a clip of my exhaust. I have Tru-Dual w/ Flowmaster mufflers, and I've never heard a better sounding 6'er w/o an upgraded cam..

yeah i like my flows but Borla is insane. i found the system from $700 to $1000
I think im going to take it to a shop have them make a custom H pipe and then ill decide what mufflers to put on. anyone think that would be cheeper?

700 to 1000 is a lot to spend on a V6 exhuast system.

if you can get the borla mufflers for cheap, then just have the shop fab it up for you then i say go that route, otherwise go with something else

as much as I love Borla on v8's, don't waste your money on a V6 exhaust, if u want a nice exhaust go with either Spintech, Mac, or Magnaflow, they're relatively cheap and sound good on a V8. The spintech kit is 530, for dual side exhaust and u can install it yourself...

main point, don't waste your money, stick with cheaper good exhausts, rather then expensive... if you really want that sound ur guna have to get that V8, otherwise stick cheap and maybe get Longtube headers and a shorty H pipe from Mac...
