Default Stage 1 Clutch

Im thinking of purchasing a Stage 1 Clutch kit for my '02 3.8 V6 from mustangtuning.com because (mechanics say that) my hubs and bearings are worn and the car squeeks like a bitch everytime I let go of the clutch and even when its press it just a bit the squeeking is less louder . What are the benefits of having this type of clutch? And do I need somthing else done to the car before this goes on? Can it just be that the transmission is missing oil?

if it makes noise going in and out then its the Throw-out bearing. That clutch is a good clutch for a stock or mildly modded car.
