'99 V6 Hood

Anyone have a suggestion on what a bad-ass hood that would also help with performance would be? I was thinking about getting Mach II Ram Air hood but I couldn't find one around where I live and I don't want to pay out the ass for shipping. Anyone know of an online place with free/cheap shipping on hoods?

This is a touchy subject to say the least... depends on the color of your car... mineral and DSG and pull off a nice C/F hood... the Cobra R hood looks nice but i am a very large fan of the 03 Cobra hood... i would say stick to hoods that are found on mustangs... dont venture to far into the realm of rice... mach II... meh
Cowl hoods always look good... (matrix puba (and others) for instance pull off a MEAN front end with the roushfront +cowl hood)

i think you said it nicely. the mach II looks good with other body parts, but can look ricey if not done right.

Thanks for the advice. Yea, I've got a red stang. Just got it about a week ago and it's completely stock. I'm planning on getting the pony delete for my grill and then 17" Black Bullit rims. I'm hoping to get enough money to get it painted black with the white strips along the bottom of each side. I've just been searching for a good hood to go with all of it.

get one of those cobra hoods that ford put on some of the v6s.. my friend has one and it looks badass i think
