Default How Deep are these?

I'm looking into some 20X8.5's for my 05, but I'm wondering how deep they really are? It would make sense that 18X10's would be deeper, but I'm no tire/rim guy.

Anyone have these and have exact measurements? from outside to the spokes? to the lug holes?

Thanks!

Tony

I guess you mis-understood the question. What is the distance between the outside of the rim to the spokes? What is the distance between the outside of the rim to the center?

Depends on the offset of the rim...

Well since 8.5 inches = 215.9mm and they have an offset of +38mm then the mounting flange is 38mm closer to the outside of the rim than the inside.

Which means there is 145.95mm/ 5.746in. distance from the inside of the rim to the mounting flange.

That leaves 2.754in./69.95mm distance from the mounting flange to the outside of the rim.

Depending on the design-let's just say Bullitt- I imagine the spokes to be somewhere between 0.5in/12.7mm and 1.0in/25.4mm and the mounting flange(at least 0.5in/12.7mm) is probably not flush with the back of the spokes.

Then that leaves anywhere between 1.754in/44.5516mm and 1.254in/31.8516mm of "dish" on this particular style of rim...

but like I said, depends on which style you get, as to how much "dish" you get....
