however i hear ya with the gm. my best friend has a 86 trans am and my father just a few months ago sold an 8 second 73 camaro. but anyways dude, forums in general were started to voice opinions. so w/e man....dun worry about not fitting in perfectly. the only person to ever do that was jack :P

stick with 18s. 20s make your handling crappy and don't fit the look of the car as naturally as aftermarket rims should.

20's rlly dont look too bad, but they honestly do slow you down alot and they really mess up the handling, but hey where i live i need the lift they give me expecially if im to put a body kit on my car. but its anyones opinion, my mustang is a v6, therefore not to be fast just the look of a mustang is all i paid for. but im buying a wrecked v6 and gonna start a project engine with stroking and camming etc and drop it in later on.

Compared to 17s 18s??? It doesn't handle any worse than any other mustang.... with the 18s in front it doesn't slow it down any more than 18s all around in fact I have more traction than when I had 18's all around because the 20s in the rear are wider... I'm speaking from my experience not an assumption...

What do the majority of Non Mustang owners who don't know squat think when they glance at a Mustang? Well some think of the average 6 cylinder model ( No offense to those who own 6 bangers) Then they hear the roar of that v8 and they say " thats no average Mustang" I have seen a lot of Camero and Firebird owners who don't know squat and think they have the shit and probally never raced a Mustang and they under rate our ponies because they have this picture of the average 6 banger with 15 inch rims that hasn't been washed in a month..

Guess I'm guilty of being an individual and being different.... shouldn't be that way??? If we all try to make our mustangs comform a certain way well isn't that boring? Is to me...
