Gotti you want to know whats wrong with the black and chrome rims and stuff. Read Jack the Rippers post on rims complimenting a car and not over powering the bling thing. I think he said it best. The only thing I see wrong with em myself is it is too "over the top" for me. They will visually over power the car and stand out way too much. Those to me would look cool on one of those Scion mini suv things. Or something along that line.

I have said it once already... Basicly dont let us pick your rims cause in the end you wont be happy with it. We are MUSTANG guys here.... we know about the history that comes with a Mustang. Guys here dont care to see stuff like you are wanting on a Mustang. To us... its MORE than just the name of a Ford. Know why we are acting the way we are. Im not saying that "If you dont know all about Mustangs then we dont care about you. All I am saying is the guys here dont like that stuff and would like to see another MUSTANG guy learn to respect the car that he's got and where it came from.

I think its great that you want to modify your car.... do I want to see a mustang riding on 24s? Hell no..... do I want to see one with a big wing.. gaudy ground effects and neon? hell no there too. I would much rather see you do something sporty with a touch of class and as you go along learn to love your car the SAME way we love ours.

the thing is im not putting neon lights, im not putting 24s, im not putting anything in that type of way. the reason i wont the chrome on there is because i think an all black tire, just looks stupi when the tires are all black too. so when your far away all you see is a big black circle, on a red car. I need something that will help the car look good, and help the rims look good. I seriously want black rims but i need some chrome in there to set the rim apart from the tire. Im not doing it to be too blingy, mustangs are sports cars, im just doing it to set the rim apart from the tire, so it does not look like some of these horrible ass looking cars on here wit all black rims on all black tires.

Exaclty, all black rims look like wheels with missing hubs. But i personally wouldn't go the route of the crome plates. The rim you want looks fine, too bad the dish wasn't polished steel instead of black... Try to find an all black rim with a polished lip. You'll be happy you did!

Ok that makes sense! There ARE the black rims with the chrome lip. Look a SeanStangs rims... I like em myself. You dont HAVE to have that SAME style. But it gives ya something to start looking for. If your not finding a rim with less bling and a chrome lip... consider other finishes. There is the Anthracite finish that looks awsome with red imo and there is also the Hypercoated (or gun metal) finish like whats on my car. Straight chrome...?? meeehh?? IMO I wouldnt prefer straight chrome on a red car... It CAN look good with certain rims but IMO overall I dont think I like it.

I would recomend the Anthracite finish for your red 6er. Not real "loud" but just enough cha ching! LOL

In fact im gonna go pull up some rims (other than american muscle rims) that I think would look good on that red stang.

Sure, people on here can be a bit rough, but honestly you are showing rims that 9/10 people on here seem to think are fucking hideous, and i agree 100%. I think they have way too much going on, too complicated, i dont think they will look good on ANY year of mustang.

That is my opinion, and the opinion of most people so far who have given thier opinion, and YOU are the one who ASKED for thier opinion.

You can do whatever you want to with yer car, but dont be mad because you asked for opinions and you got them, nobody is gonna flower anything up to keep your feelings from being hurt.

Most people here are die hard mustang fans and like to keep the mustangs looking like mustangs with rims and stuff that are derived from oldschool or limited model mustangs. What yer showing really looks like something you would find on an import.

You DONT have to agree with us, you dont have to do the same stuff with your mustang as a lot of us do, however, we dont have to like those rims and we dont have to agree with putting them on a mustang, and we dont have to take your feelings into context when expressing our distate for those rims. It isnt personal, we just dont like them rims.
