Default Tire and Rim ideas

Im just trying to get some ideas for tire and rim sizes that would look good on a 68 coupe that has stock height. Anyone have any experience with picking out sizes.

Its just a cruiser, not a dragger. Also, its a 4 lugger

I must say I AM clueless LOL! But thought I would post here with ya bro. I got an '02 GT that I just upgraded rims to 18x9 FR500s. lowered it and put on drilled and slotted rotors all at the same time!
Well my buddy that helped me do all the work has a 65 mustang that he restored himself so I offered up my stock 17 in bullit rims as a trade for his help (hehe)! Anyway we havnt got around to trying to fit them on his car yet. dont even know if they will go. Anyone ever done wheel upgrades on classic stangs here?

yeah we pretty much have no idea about what would look good. but IMO i think if you go and get some CRAGAR SS even though there are alot of cars out there with em it would look nice.. i think that you can get em in 4 lug
