Default Wheel Mix

I recently got some BFG KDW II's (295/35/18) to go on my rear chrome Saleen wheels. I had been noticing my driver side rear tire had a slow leak. I just assumed it was the valve stem or the tire. Turns out when I bought my Saleens and had my nitto's put on them, the shop some how had knocked a chunk of chrome plating off of the inside of the lip. Over time that spot began to rust and bubble. Now The new tire wont seat over that spot so it is letting air slowly leak out. I got these wheels when they first came out and paid around $450 per wheel. I can get a replacement now from MT for $185. Is there a way to fix the wheel or would it be better to get a new one? I know this is kind of petty, but would having 3 saleen and 1 copy be noticable? Or should I replace both rear wheels?

thanks for any ideas!

Just swap center pieces. Chrome is chrome, it'll match.
