i have to deal with ******** all day long... i work in retail banking.

i've been called all sorts of names because people **** up their bank accounts... or because the bank charges fees... but its not my fault so there's not much i can do.

working with people means you'll deal with ******** who dont appreciate you. better get used to it, thats life, get a ****ing helmet.

the ******** i deal with don't tip me. why should i feel sorry for him getting ****ty tips when i dont get tips period?

 

uhhh no.. u take care of us and well take care of u... you dont know what ur tip is gunna be, so dont assume they are gunna be cheap and give them crappy service. do ur best, hope for the best, and in the end, remmeber ur still getting paid hourly..

 

I have no receieved a paycheck form my job since the first week I worked when I trained(and got no tips and 6.15 an hour). The fact is, the taxes off of the amount of money i made(bc i DO delclae everything) is always more than the total paycheck so it's always zero dollars...ALWAYS.

 

that sounds like you need a new job then.

15% of my paycheck goes to taxes. if somebody told me i was working for tips and thats it, i'd ask them how long their head had been up their ***.

 

ROFL, yeah no paycheck...but everything I make is in cash. And each shift. It's pretend at your job u clock in and when u clock out, your boss gives u the amount of money u earned. To the tune of aboout $20/hr.

Just think about it like this...


you make $400 in a week, and declare all of it.

taxes at my job (since im single and dependent, the max amount is taken out)are about 20% of what u make so...80 is taxed.

you make $3.13/hr and work 30 hours so u earned $93.90 in hourly

20% of 93.90 is $19.

So if u work 30 hours and make $400, your paycheck is about $94 and you're being taxed about $100...that's why we get no paycheck. If i was taxed 15%, I'd still only be getting about $10 per paycheck

 

i know your gonna get all pissy and shyt danny... but i think your a cry baby... i dont think waiters should get tips for ****ty service (i am not saying your a ****ty server) but... look your expecting like a certain amount all the time... well you know what... if i get ****ty service i want YOU to f*cking pay me... that shyt is ridiculous. the only servers i tip more then 10-20% is women servers... and we all have been there... i seriously think your in the wrong line of work danny... i think you should leave being a "waiter" to HOTTTTT women!

you're such a douchebag in every sense of the word. You ugly v6 is stock...and its a v6. your opinion is useless..your logic: ridiculous. Your reason...is non-existent. The same people that push for equality in women(such as probably yourself) need to realize that men experience gender bias. When you get a hot woman server, you need to realize 2 things

1) she is ONLY being sweet/nice to you because she wants a good tip. Seriously...try it out. Go to a restaurant w/ a hot server and tip her 5-10% after she works her butt off. Then go in the next day or following week and ask for her. See if she gives you HALF the service she did before.

2) if she is THAT hot and her personality is THAT great, chances are she has a bf or a husband. Many hot girls that are older are either in college and have bf's or are married and just makin a little extra money.

oh and guys give better service overall. Seriously, none of the guy workers at my job are slackers, but a good 50-60% of girls are. And theyre the hot ones too. All you get w/ a hot server is eye candy. Rarely do you get good service. and she sure as hell doesn't wanna give u her number

I've never had a waiter at another restraunt refill my beer for me when I have the pitcher... now thats service!

"cry baby"... my Mustang has nothing to do with anything... i dont know how YOU get treated when you go out but ME... i usually end get hit on by the "hot waitress" because i am in good shape and good looking... hey thats great that you wanna make a career out of serving people... but i was just giving you my 2 cents... you should learn how to take what people say without throwing a bitch fit. just because you dont get to hook up with the hot waitresses when you go out doesnt meen everyone on these forums is like you... wow you drive a GT... i problly still get better looking girls then you and they dont care weather i drive a GT, Mach 1, or freakin shelby kid. and as far as the "all the women servers are just into me for the tip"... well i dont know about you but so far i have had pretty good luck with hooking up with a few female servers who have "flirted with me for tips"... so maybe the world isnt what you think pal...

I have one girl who thik the world of me and I think the world of her. I don't womanize. I don't think any place should be like hooters. I treat my girl like a queen and she reciprocates it. It's better that I don't get hit on by "hot waitresses" because it's not a temptation for me to cheat, which I wouldn't od anyways.

or the other scenario...

Drive a slow, ugly *** car BUT be buff and good looking...the kind that all kinds of girls "hit on". to be single and looking, and pretty easy to "hook up" with a waitress. But wait, if you're so great, then why don't you have a girl? oh nevermind that...probably get a lotta *** so when you do finally get a girl to stay with, you're either damaged goods or you have a disease. Oh, and the girls who DO like you...only like you bc of your looks and maybe money(but driving that POS, I cant see how). They dont give a damn about your personality...

Always tip atleast 15% if they did their job, more if we enjoyed them.
There is only one time, which stang00 knows of, which we didnt give 15%... Red Lobster, the waitress was a complete bitch, the kinda thing where she would ask 'how is everyones meal' on her way by us, not stopping or anything. Im sure she had a 'hard afternoon' or something before coming in, too bad it was reflected in her income that night.
