If we had a huge earthquake and fell into the ocean?? ha ha. that's actually an interesting question...I have no idea, but it wouldn't be pretty..... I mean our state has 6th largest ecomomy in the world so I imagine it would be a huge blow to the US economy....maybe even the world economy.

It would probably be the best thing to happen. It certanly would help politics because your whole board is filled with OVERPAID jackasses who take under-the-table payouts to vote certain ways. And thats half the time they even show up... Everyone else would benefit with lower prices on almost everything.

I'm assuming your talking about the Legislature...not sure what "board" your talking about, but I think I know what you mean. Anyway, your right, special interests play WAY too big of a role in all politics, especially in Washington D.C. where there are representatives from every state in the nation....so don't go blaming california for something that happens all over the country.

2. we produce 67% of the nations fruits, nuts, and berries

So yes, I'd think that would have a HUGE impact on the rest of the country.
