i'm actually tryin to find something that doesn't leave that oily residue after you wipe your seats...... that residue i believe i was told it like bakes the seats when it gets really hot in your car..... don't know how true that is but i stopped using it when i heard that

Any good quality leather cleaner fallowed by a leather conditioner will do the trick. I am a Poorboys fan and I use their product on my seats and its fantastic and smells great. Does not leave them super shiny like the Meguires wipes do.

I agree! At the detail shop we absolutely DESPISE armorall. All it is is a shiney cover-up. It does NOT clean at all it just puts a shiney layer on top of the dirt that is there. It's unfortunate that people come in and are like "so you are just going to armorall everything and make it look really nice" THAT ANGERS us so much it's crazy. One secret we use that I can share is take a terry or microfiber towel. Get it wet with hot hot water and ring it out so it's not dripping everywhere. Then whip down whatever you please. Then wipe it all dry. Then if you have access to an air compressor we spray air into all the cracks the water might have dripped and get it all out, then re-dry.

Most likely it is real leather but talking and seeing mustangs for years, the quality has gone down a bunch. Not just stating because I have a 95, but I and others believe the 94-95 have the best quality leather and best/most comfortable stock seats of the mustangs. My uncle has an 03 v6 vert and he wants to steal my seats!

I've been using some Meguiars leather cleaner/conditioner in a spray bottle, it seems to work well enough but I don't really know. I don't think my leather gets dirty enough for it to make much of a difference. For the dash I have use Meguiars foam stuff, it is really nice and doesn't leave a glossy finish, but it's not much of a cleaner.

Well im makin a trip down to autozone today soo im gunna look into some stuff. Also now armor has a actual "cleaning" wipe. And it actually works well on like door handles where it gets tinted over time from like you dirty hands, and the dash. But from what you guys said im not using armorall anymore for my seats.

Well i already got like 2 things of cleaning wipes, and one of protectant. I know the cleaning wipes dont leave greasy stuff it just gets out dirt. But yeah hopefully autozone has a good selection of cleaning supplies.
