Default headlights

my passenger side headlight is all but sandpapered looking, drivers side is going the same route. My question is, should I get some oem replacements (without bulbs and wiring), or should I get some projectors,

Are all projectors with that blue looking luminous or can they be like my original yellow type shine. Found some replacement shells without bulbs for $125 a pair. But I may want to enhance the look if I can keep from those dam bluish lights. Plus I want to keep the amber corners.. Thanks for any info..
