The angel eyes ones you are talking about. I have been looking at headlight also but those might be considered rice since they are on BMWs.

I would like to get the one with black housings but at $200 dont want to get them if they look strange. Another thing is how well do they illuminate.

Pro Car Parts Online Store: Mustang Projector Headlights
just to throw the link out there, i assume the new ones are the generation 3's... they look good but it i would have to see it on a mustang first. To me it seems as these aftermarket projectors set the 'eyes' of the car either further back, closer together, or wider apart, depending on the style, and it doesnt always look right, which is why i like the Cobra Black Housing ones from here!
Also, just by design one would imagine they would illuminate better than stock, and MUCH better than stock ones that have been on ure car for 10 years... lol

Default projector headlights

I just bought these lights. http://www.mustangtuning.com/pr.html and had them sent to my autobody guy. He has painted the car for me while I am out of town on business. He says the lights look AWSOME but he won't send me pictures. He is tourturing me. He won't let me see my car until I return.... three more weeks. I will post pictures when I return home March 2.

The Cobra headlights were diamond cut and illuminate better. There are alot of knock offs like the ones I have. The smoked ones look nice but I also like the JDM black ones that the corners are black and headlight have black trim. If they could only combine both smoked and black housing. My only concern is the black corners how can someone see your turnsignal if the reflective surface is black. I think all you would see is the lightbulb turning on and off with no reflection. I am tempted to paint the insides of my current ones as they have seen better days.

I just put a pair on, took about 30 minutes. they look good, but seem to need to be adjusted or shimmed. Maybe it's just me.

Those ones on Procarparts we can get as well. Theyre made by Alfa Otto, which we are a distributor for.

In fact, any of those lights on that page we can pretty much get. And give them out at a better price.

Default not too bright

To be honest the projector headlights seem to be no brighter than the factory originals. Also the fit is kinda sloppy and there needs to be some sort of trim around them. The headlights look good but they look like they don't quite fit. Take a look at the pictures, what do you think?

Default sloppy fit

Yeah I agree mine were sloppy too. Gotta make some adjustments.
The fan pattern is wierd lookin, I don't see em bein brighter.
One seems to point too high and the other too low. Gotta shim em
somehow then adjust em. They are cool lookin though. Still gotta remove
em and add silicon to see if condensation goes away.
