WOW amps

i just discovered my 2 amps in the trunk that come with the mach460 sound system seems one of em blew. i unhooked them and the speakers still worked. i hooked one up and they didnt, hooked the other up and they did.
do i need these? what watts are they? if they are inline amps like you would do for an aftermarket system how can my system still work with out them? ive installed alot of aftermarket systems and im totally clue less on this.

All four of the tweeters are run off a highpass amp in the headunit that is 30watts x 2 rms at 2% THD. The amps under the rear deck are the lowpass amps. One runs the left side woofers and the other the right side woofers. Each one sends a mono signal and is 42.5 watts x 2 rms at 2% THD.

Dont want to hijack, but after my sub install I noticed that my volume isnt as high as it use to be. Comparing my friends stock system in his 04 GT, his half volume is almost full volume for me.
